We have settled in lovely Edinburgh, arriving just in time for the snow.  Perfect knitting weather.  Now we are just waiting for the sea freight to arrive with a lovely selection of our most cherished yarns.  

The Thread Room is moving to the UK

Breaking news! The Thread Room is moving to the UK to embark on exciting new art ventures and yarn collaborations. Our last day of online trade will be Monday 3rd December.

Once settled we will re-commence online sales to our European and US markets exclusively. Our move, therefore, marks the end of an era for our Australian, New Zealand and other non-EU/US customers. I would like to thank these customers for supporting both Marta's Yarns and The Thread Room over the many years we have been in business.

We will keep you posted on the move and our re-launch date.

Initial problems with the brass tips have been resolved - there is now a new nickel plated tip - but Addi have left the long, tapered, pointed needle tip end unchanged.  With 8 different needle tip sizes (3.5 - 8.0mm), five lengths of pliable cord (40cm, 50cm, 60cm, 80cm, & 100cm), and one connector piece the Addi Click Lace Set is perfect for all your lace projects.
